  Extortion at its' finest!! The very last time this fellow will "Support Local" I always felt bad going to the large dealers with deep pockets.. That will never happen to me again. Avoid Mikes garage if you don't appreciate huge surprises and parts on your car that you did not authorize but specifically... Very clearly said do not use aftermarket parts.. I was very clear that I wanted Ford equipment for one of the tasks Mike agreed to complete.. It was not until further investigation that I found out he did not use the premium parts he charged me for or the ones I specifically said I wanted. iT IS NOT HARD TO UNDERSTAND WHEN A CUSTOMER SAYS DO NOT USE AFTERMARKET SPARK PLUGS USE THE FORD PLUGS FOR MY CAR... DO NOT USE ANYTHING BUT.. INSTEAD MIKE INSTALLED NGK PLUGS MARKED THEM UP 100% ABOVE HIS COST, DID NOT INFORM ME UNTIL I CAUGHT HIM IN THE ACT. HE KNEW AND CONFIRMED THAT ONLY FORD PLUGS WOULD BE USED. WHEN I CALLED FORD AND THEY TOLD ME NO ONE HAS BOUGHT PLUGS FOR THIS CAR FROM A SHOP ALONG WITH THE OTHER LIES MIKE TOLD ME... THEN I KNEW I HAD A SERIOUS PROBLEM. MIKES WORDS WERE " NGK PLUGS ARE MY FAVOURITE" ... My words were It's y "favourite care and I told you not to use them you told me you wouldn't then you didnt tell me you didn't... Grrrr..... This is only the beginning, before taking your car to Mikes garage feel free to ask me for emails which clearly demonstrate Mikes intention to deceive me and rip me off. I do not make statement here off the cuff or with ill intent. Mike refused to honor his word, proceeded to deceive me then went so far as to threaten us to having our car towed and stored unless we agreed to pay him. The bill is paid.. But court is next. This is shameful Mike.. Unfair and you know it and very shameful. Absolutely disgusting what Mike has done with my car and the agreement for service I accepted from him which turned out to be 427.00 more than I was informed of. Parts used on my car were against my request to only use Ford specific parts. Warranty he offered me was not, willing to put into writing after the work was done, wrong engine oil put into my car without my knowing until after the fact. I have 24 emails I am very willing to share with anyone who feels this review is harsh. I trusted Mikes garage and wanted to support local... This is what I got. Now after telling him fine, you don't want to honor the agreement we had than take the parts off my car you put on and I will have it fixed by Ford. He tells me I have 27 hours to pick up my car or it will be towed and stored at my expense. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, FEEL FREE TO ASK FOR MY EMAILS DETAILING HIS EXCESSIVE 134% MARKUPS ON PARTS USED. WRONG PARTS USES, WRONG OIL USED THEN THREATEN ME WITH EXTORTION FOR MY OWN CAR. SHAME ON YOU.

  I’m dealing with Mike’s Auto Pro for the last 20 years or so. Three vans, three sedans and three Rams later, I would say the service is always above average. I would recommend their services to anyone!!!

  Recently needed to rent a Uhaul trailer and had to pick it up at Mikes in Shediac as they are also a Uhaul dealer. Mike the owner was super friendly and and very helpful. He ended up helping me save some money on the rental with a couple of suggestions. I definitely had a good experience at this location.

  Mike and his team are the best there is hands down. A clean and organized shop with experienced mechanics that solve problems with efficiency. I have been a loyal customer for the last 4 years since moving to the area and these people have never let me down. Keep up the good work!
